Each year, the Executive Committee reviews the three-year strategic plan for any needed adjustments. PBH engages in the strategic planning process to comprise a set of concepts, procedures, and tools that helps the organization's leaders and followers enhance organizational (and community) achievement. A comprehensive strategic plan is created every three years, and reviewed annually. The strategic planning process helps PBH to create public value, fulfill our mission, meet mandates, and serve our stakeholders effectively, efficiently, and responsibly.
